Meets the 2^nd and 4^th Tuesday of each month. If submitting an application for a project at your home, please turn in a completed application no later than noon on the Tuesday of the week of a meeting. Architectural guidelines are available on the fh-poa.com.

New to the Harbour?

A new resident orientation is held each Friday at the POA office at 10am. The presentation takes about an hour and a half, and is a great way to learn about your community. Current residents are welcome to attend as well. Seats are limited, so please sign up at the POA office. 

Trash and Recycling:

Trash is picked up weekly on Mondays. 

Recycling is once a month.

Please be sure to put your trash/recycle cans away on the day of pickup. Receptacles cannot be visible from the street and must be kept in garage or screened by vegetation or lattice
