Did you know that the POA office has a notary ($5 per signature), can make copies (.20 per page), can fax ($1 per page) and can scan to email for you?  Beats the long trip into town to get these services!

Car Decals are applied during POA business office hours.  Each address receives two free decals, any extra are $5 each.  Decals cannot be applied in the rain, and new purchased vehicles must have a permanent license plate.  Decals will not be applied to vehicles with temporary tags.

Eyeglass donations and can tab tops are collected at POA Office

If you have any eyeglasses that you are looking to get rid of, the POA office has a donation box for the Lions Club.  In addition, a bucket for tab tops for the Ronald McDonald house are also collected.  Thank you!

Facility Reservation Requests  – Reservations for the use of the Fairfield Harbour facilities can be confirmed through the POA office.  Facilities available for rental (at no charge!) are the Activity Building rooms, the Community Center, Red Sail Park pavilion and the former Cart Barn on Pelican Dr.  Forms can printed from the fh-poa.com website, under Documents, then General Information or in the POA lobby. Emails will not be accepted.  

POA Communications/Weekly Update: Are you connected to Fairfield Harbour through the FHPOA website (www.fh-poa.com)? If you would like to receive weekly updates about Fairfield Harbour from the Community Manager via email, please stop by the POA office or call Kate, 633-5500. While anyone can access the FHPOA website, residents should register on the site to obtain information not available to the general public (budget info, Board minutes, etc.) as well as a weekly email update regarding important events and happenings in our community.
